Public Debate: “Ethics in Journalism: Amendments to the Serbian Journalists’ Code” – Guidelines for Professional Reporting

The OSCE Mission to Serbia and the Press Council hosted a public debate in Šabac on the topic, “Ethics in Journalism: Amendments to the Serbian Journalists’ Code.”

The event was opened by Tamara Skroza, a member of the Press Council’s Complaints Commission and the working group tasked with drafting amendments to the Code. Nada Budimović and Olja Milošević, also members of the working group, discussed the proposed changes.

Gordana Novaković, Secretary-General of the Press Council, presented the new guidelines for professional reporting on protests, violence against women, children, and people with disabilities.
